		<description>Great point!  Although I'm not vegan, I am vegetarian...and for a lot of years I was proof that one could be a seriously overweight, unhealthy vegetarian.  As I reclaim my health, I have moved more toward a vegan diet.  But I don't eat those processed vegan snacks.  

Thanks for reminding us that meat/dairy free doesn't always mean healthy!</description>
