Skippy
Skippy (originally named Skinny) is a very timid dog. We were going to
try to find him a home, but when we did, he didn't respond to it well.
He spent two weeks at a beautiful country house hiding under furniture
with his sister Emu. His adoptive parents returned them
because it broke their hearts to see the dogs so unhappy. When Skippy
came home he was even thinner then usual. But he fattened back up in a couple
of days and has been as happy as can be ever since.
When Skippy isn't barking at strangers and wrestling with Midget, he loves to
cuddle. Anywhere I sit, he curls up next to me. I missed him terribly when he
was gone and I am so glad he is back home.
